Vodafax Business
Wrong way to deal with franchise

Telecommunications

March 2013 I saw the advertisement of a franchise that you can buy to start your own fax to email business. After borrowing the R3400.00 from someone I paid the amount in their bank account. I phoned several times and on the 26st of they send me the email with my business website as well as a data list of 500 schools.
In the email they told me I have 60 days to do the business with the schools. I have a prepaid Telkom landline and I bought R300 of airtime to make the phone calls to the schools. I started to phone the schools, but from the first one I called the school did not have any internet service, some of schools numbers does not exist and the other ones already have the fax to email service, after 60 days they just deleted my business website and I could not get hold of them by email, I wanted to told them the situation, now I have loose R3400.00 as well as my R300.00 for phone calls. I really don't know what to do to get back at least the franchise money. As far as I know a franchise is for life.
