BEWARE OF UNCAPPED DATA CHARGES - R5500.00

I signed a TOP UP Data Contract for R149.00 for 2gigs. 3 Months ago and went o/seas for 2 weeks and on my return my teenage daughter managed to use data to the value of R5500.00. Why was it not cut off at R1000.00. You allowed it to continue to R5500.00. I have a problem with the fact that I did not apply for R5500.00 credit as according to the CPA only If I applied for the facility of R5500.00 are you allowed to charge me. I applied for Credit of R149. on a top up contract as that is what I asked for. I have paid my average account for the past 2 months and now my service been now been suspended. I work for the Emergency Service and I am head of my department. I am on 24 hour standby I cannot be without my cellphone. I am willing to pay a portion but other than that I will see you in court. WHEN HOPEFULLY YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SUPPLY ME WITH THE CONTRACT WHERE I SIGNED FOR CAPPED DATA. It is sales persons like yours who unsuspecting customers! The sales person confimred that it was a top up contract. Does your sales person get paid commission on useage?
