Still waiting

Vodacom has really messed me around. First they offer me a deal they can't give me, but don't communicate this to me, how do I find out... They send me the sim for a phone they done have. When I phone in, they say I have to choose a different phone, but they can't do anything until they have picked up the sim! Why send me the sim in the fist place? It has been a week and they still haven't picked up the sim!
