Paying for nothing!

On 25 June 2012, I accepted a telephonic offer from Mobile store (Autopage) MS-812937-1 [Ref #: TTD1007-749]. I had numerous trouble which I communicated via e-mail to Mobile store, i.e. false promises regarding delivering time, connecting time of the handset, poor signal and battery problems of the handset from day 9 after receiving it and a USB that was not operable. Eventually after calls to the customer care call centre, and further false promises, I returned the handset and USB to Autopage where I signed a form stating I am giving it back because it is of no use to me. Mobile store did not accept this and ever since I have been paying R259.00 per month for nothing. Calls to the call centre does not help since I get yet another promise that some one will contact me regarding my problem. E-mails send are answered in the same manner - that my problem will be dealt with in 24 hours and yet nothing is happening.
