I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY UNIPIN

Every time I have purchased electricity in the last month I have been ripped off; yesterday I paid R200 and received 80 units; this = R200 every second day for electricity; I DO NOT KNOW which way to turn as I see Unipin is all over Hellopeter!! I'm disgusted and helpless; Any idea who can assist me with this? I'm going to have to gather evidence and go to Carte Blanche with this. Highly irritated Nicola
