Calls to verify my details

For the last three days Edgars has been contacting me up to 7 times a day requesting me to verify me account details over the phone. In the 20 odd years that I have been with Edgars, I have never been asked to telephonically verify any information. I refuse to do this since I have no way of knowing if it is indeed Edgars on the other side of the phone... yet I am know getting calls at work as well!!

Please stop harassing me on my cell and landline. When I came in to pay my account I will then have no qualms in veryfing any information as I then am aware who I am dealing with.

It should be noted that after speaking to several people who also have Edgars accounts, none have them received a call requesting them to verify their details.
