Cell C was BAD, but not they F'd Up

We all knew Cell C was going to be the underdog when it made an appearance into the SA Cellphone network market and we excepted it as the underdog. That is why nobody wanted to go to the network in the first place. Then they got smart and rolled with the big dogs, all due to the marketing of the company. In return they grew in numbers and the people that was with them then, was satisfied but not happily satisfied with the service. Then the long awaited entrance and take over from Allan Knott-Craig, which like in the past, Cell C's marketing team branded it as a new and better way forward, join us, we care, they said... but this is not the case. Alas, we the consumer, the customer learns the hard way. Done signing up at Cell C, 24month contract, and then the hits the fan. Phone the callcentre, treated with the T.A.D (transfer and drop) procedure. Takes 3weeks for repairs plus, you have to track the progress. Techicians, teamleaders, agents and shop handlers can't track your phone. Then to top it all off, you pay out the FULL contract, including service, data, interest and minutes when you want to cancel the whole blerrrie thing. One thing i can give Cell C though, they do it well
