Not hearing anything since 10 September 2013

Am starting to loose it for good, coz am not hearing anything from 8ta since they reply that they are still busy with the investigation with this matter on the 10, today is 19 already, how long does it take? is this means your r not going to deduct my money? anyway this is really showing the treatment you gave people . i really dont think from now on i'll recommend 8ta to anyone not even to my granny . very very very disappointed and angry
