Hearing Aid Trouble Shoote

My Mum has really tried her best to overcome problems with hearing aids with the help of various audiologists and it has felt like a bottomless pit of problems. Not even buying new hearing aids seemed to help overcome the problems of background noise and never being confident to take telephone calls or even enjoy a good movie. We phoned OTICON for advice and Kirsten recommended CHRISTELLE at Linden. CHRISTELLE recallibrated my Mum's hearing Aids after rechecking her hearing, explained how an Oticon Streamer could help with answering the phone and watching TV. She was such an encouragement to my Mum and just with the hearing aids being calibrated properly, she can now hear without us having to speak up. The streamer promises to change my Mum's world.
