I called Edgars 19/March/2013 to cancel my airtime subscription and i was told that it will be cancelled. 6 months passed and i was still charged monthly for the airtime that i was not even using and cancelled for that matter and called their agents who inform me that it has been cancelled and i will be refunded after 48hours and nothing happened and i called again and spoke to Zandile from their call centre (Ref:1310162517466) who told me the same old story and now it has been 7moths going for 8 months i'm being still charged for the airtime that i don't used and also cancelled,

Indeed i very disappointed at Edgars all this time i thought they were a reputable organisation, only to found that i was wrong and i do regret ever taking an account with them.
