Poor accommodation and attitude!

I have made a booking at Langebaan Country Estate via QVC and on my arrival I was told to pay R2500 deposit cash that will be given back to me when I leave! It was not done at all by Aaron. The unit smelled like smoke, the toilet seat was broken, the pillow case had stains on, the toilet didn't flush properly and the toilet cover was loose and was told that it would be fixed in a day or two. I decided to leave the Sunday instead of the Monday morning because of the units condition and the attitude of Aaron. He refused to give back my cash deposit and had all kinds of excuses. I spoke to his manager Sharon and to say the lease she was of no help either. If I pay cash I want cash back and not via EFT! It is Wednesday and I still don't have my deposit back! I accept that there is a policy but then neither Aaron or Emmanuel should told me that I will receive my cash deposit back when I leave, I was told the total opposite by Aaron regarding the deposit. I have never paid such a ridiculous deposit where ever I booked accommodation!
