No one can tell me anything

HI

I am being throttled by you to something that no one can tell me to what it is.
No one can tell me what the threshold is where i start getting throttled at.
I think this is unfair and makes no sense

I have an uncapped account and my monthly usage is just below 90GBs at the moment.

I have called numerous times to try and find out what is the deal but no one can say.

I pay for a service that all of a sudden I am not getting and no one can tell me why.
I can barley use my Internet at the moment.
