My previous complaint was regarding me not receiving my contracted 200m p/m, on the 8th last week (start of my billing run). After a few calls and no action I eventually got to speak to Suresh on Thursday last week. On the same day I was credited with 173.3MB. When MTN called me the same day, to let me know the problem had been resolved, I questioned the amount of 173.3MB. I was told that it was a pro rata amount of data.

I asked the consultant how it was possible that MTN makes an error, and punishes me by 26.7MB of my data. I also explained that I pay for 200mb of data per month, of which I've only received 173.3. MTN will then bill me the usual amount but have 26 mb of data. Yes, this is blatant. My complaint was logged on Thursday last week. I phoned yesterday morning (5 days later) and nothing had been done yet. and today I have still heard nothing.

I place this complaint on here out of shere frustration. I know I will get an automated (or copy and pasted reply) and nothing will be done. This is ridiculously pathetic service from MTN!
