Hi Guys,

We had the cursed experience of the modem at our office having reset it's self miraculously over the weekend and after calling in at least 6 times to Telkom WITH NO JOY AT ALL, I finally came across Dale Van Wyk, in the ADSL Tech Support department! he was patient, knowledgeable, HELPFUL and most importantly he sorted out our problem.
