Blackberry repairs at Vodacom very disappointing

I have never experienced such problems with Vodacom in my 6year relationship with them. On Sunday, I woke up to my phone completely off even though I had charged it. I tried to switch it on and it would reboot, once rebooted it would switch off once again and reboot. The process carried on until I reached the shop where I booked the phone in. I was told I would be contacted to pick it up, and yesterday I did. I signed the papers and they explained that the phone had been fixed and gave it back to me. Before I even got to the door to leave, the phone switched off on me, did the SAME THING I HAD IT BOOKED FOR!! I went back to the desk to ask if the phone had indeed been repaired and I was assured yes and I told them that it still does the same thing. When I asked why it was not repaired I got told that I should count myself lucky that this did not happen when I was at home. Count myself lucky? I had to send it back once more. What a waste of my time. This was not the first time that this happened. This is extremely disappointing, I am due for an upgrade with Vodacom but I am not confident I want to stick with this network. I think it is such an inconvenience and cheat to us.
