Phone still gives problems

I wrote a complain on the 19/07/2013 about my Blackberry that gave me problems just after I took it for repairs. A lady by the name of Farhaana replied to me on the 22/07/2013 requesting for my IMEI number on this site. For security reasons I didn't provide but waited for her call which I'm still waiting for. Unfortunately my misery is still not over, my phone is getting worse day by day cant even go on Internet.
