Falls contract

This company has taken a contract on my name that I have never authorized. I have contacted them at least 5 times over the last 3 years to prove to me that I authorized this contract. Every time I contact them, they give me stupid excuses and then tell me they'll contact me back, but I never receive any contact from them. Because of this false contract, I am receiving up to 20 messages a day from them and I am not able to properly use my phone. I want this problem sorted out but no one can help him.
