No response no reception DISGUSTING SERVICE

I wrote to Hello Peter a while back re no reception in my area Gallo Manor and received a response saying the people responsible for network coverage... Once again I have heard nothing... This has been going on for years and the LACK OF SERVICE FROM VODACOM IS A DISGRACE
