In 2011, I was contacted by a gentleman looking to sell me a contract. We agreed to convert my current prepaid sim card into a contract sim card and that vodacom will supply me with R150.00 airtime. I then asked the gentleman if I could use this money to purchase my blackberry internet bundle with the same ammount of money and he said yes. However once the deal had gone through and once my number became a contract sim, I attempted to purchase my BIS bundle but could not. I then called the Vodacom helpline to enquire as to why I could not purchase my bundle and was told that I could not use the R150 but would have to further subscribe to Vodacom for my BIS services at a cost of R59. So I then went through all the channels to get this contract cancelled within the 1st week because I was misinformed by the callcentre agent who initially called me. My contract sim card was converted back to prepaind number. Now this is my problem. I went to the bank today to apply for finance. Vodacom has handed this account over to the credit bureau without me being aware that I had an account to pay in the first place. I want this matter to be resolved immediately or I will be seeking legal action
