THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!!

You know it's a bit of a running joke sometimes, about what one have to go through to be treated with dignity, but in reality it's no joke at all! Frankly I have reached a decision where I'm just feeling numb towards anyone who does not take any sense of honour in what they say or promise.

I've finally reached the point in my life where instead of worrying; I'm seeking solutions because apparently it occurs that things don't always have a way of fixing themselves.

It feels like my actual problem with vodacom is following the same trend even though I have chased drastic methods to just to finish and cancel my so called existing contract. Empty promises; so called alternatives; arrangements & reasonable negotiations are forming a pattern that's evidently leading to nowhere.

I'm urging myself to sort something out amicably; and not assume the worst. Perhaps there's a logical explanation? Perhaps it's a matter of being patient, or maybe consistent?

Please assist me with a selective and more constructive ways to mend this problem on another level! otherwise it would force me to follow more legal steps.
