Taking Money from accounts and have no rights to

I have a 3 G data wi fi unit that does not have a key pad or a speaker or a method to accept any form of Internet communication yet Mira Networks debit my account?
I called the toll free number 0861106472 and the only answer is a broken voice recording that repeats over and over - where is the Directors in charge as I am not the only one they must be from..
I have never heard or even spoken of "Mira Networks" till Vodacom informed me they are the people taking my airtime from my contract costing me money.
