Quick to Suspend, Very Very Very Slow to Update

I have 4 contracts due for update. I went in to MTN Knysna and completed documentation for the upgrades. The delightful sales lady advised me that she couldn't process because my account needed to be paid (although I was still well within the pay-by-date limit.) Not a problem, I went and immediately paid the amount due from my office computer, whilst using a "forced" payment (for which I paid R48 for this premium service) so that the payment will reflect within the hour in MTN's account. I am disgusted that MTN's accounting system takes up to 3 working days to reflect on one's account. 2 days, and I'm still waiting for this payment to reflect. This is meant to be Africa's largest TECHNOLOGICAL COMPANY, yet can't arrange the simplest banking interface to timeous update payments made on their accounts. (DSTV, on the otherhand, reflects my payment automatically within 5 minutes of me paying by EFT, and WITHOUT using "forced" payment. ) Not a very promising reflection on MTN's ability to "providing technological solutions" when they can't even provide adequate solutions for themselves!! Disgusting! Absolutely Disgusting.
