I was called on Wednesday last week. I told the person who called that I was busy and that I should be called on Thursday between 11-1 I was told I would be called and I never was. this is now 12 weeks that I have had this problem and after reading the code of conducts it seems that I should be presented with the address and phone number of the CEO. I am now requesting this as this issue is totally unacceptable. If I am called it has to be between 9-12 on a Wednesday or 11-1 on a Thursday or Tuesday after 1:30
