Two weeks to fix an iPhone

I handed in my iPhone three weeks ago for a broken screen
The screen was fixed and returned a week later but the iPhone kept dropping calls. I send it back with an urgent note that this was a business phone and I need it back ASAP
That was last week Tuesday they collected it. It is now Friday of the following week.
I called on Monday they said they would call me back. They didn't
I called on Tuesday they said it was done and would be delivered within 48 hours
I called on Wednesday to see where it was they said they would get hold of the couriers and get back to me. They didn't again
I called on Thursday and they said my phone was being assessed when I spoke to the technician last week Thursday he was dealing with it,
If they cannot fix it then replace it.
I have lost business because of this and who will pay for that???
Not happy customer at all. So unreliable
