STILL NO FEEDBACK ON ACCOUNT REFUND

On the 9h of September 2013, I wrote a follow up report on Hello Peter complaining about the pathetic service from Cell C regarding a account opened in my name. I received 3 calls from a lady called Funiwe Hintsho, who told me she will resolve the problem. She explained that she had directed my query to the Department, to a person by the name of Michael Woolley. She told me that he is the person who has been assigned to my query, when I escalated to Cell C on the 26th of June 2013, and till today, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM Michael Woolley, NOR HAVE I HAVE ANY POSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM Cell C. It is close to 3 months, and Cell C have done absolutely nothing about the debit order taken off my bank account. I am absolutely disgusted. I need this money reversed to my bank account ASAP. On the 9th, I received a reply stating "We apologize for the inconvenience caused and assure that this will be given priority. We have requested for an urgent follow up regarding this matter, do expect communication soon", till now, nobody has contacted me. I have sent e mails to Funiwe Hintsho, who doesn't bother to reply or to contact me. I am at a total loss for words with the service.
