Beware Cell C data bundles

I live in Pinelands less than 200 meters from a Cell C tower. I made a grave mistake in June 2013 - I bought a Cell C giga200 sim card. The card is not fit for purpose. It connects to the internet with great difficulty and when it does connect, the connection is intermittent and short-lived. This makes nonsense of any interactive activity, such as banking, skype and the like. Surfing the web and successful downloads, whether large or small, are also invariably a no-no. I am no longer prepared to reboot my router almost continuously to get a connection. And, yes, I have loaded the latest Cell C software on my modem and updated my router's firmware.

Kindly advise me where I should return the sim card and claim my refund. The card is effectively useless to me. Please do not ask me to speak to or email your customer service, or technical support, or escalation departments to assist me. I have done so many times in the past - they either cannot or will not do so. Just tell where to return the card.

To all Pinelanders who read this, be very wary of purchasing any sort of data bundle from Cell C. If my experience is anything to go by, you'll be letting yourself in for untold misery.
