Since me and my wife changed over to Cell C we have had no cellphone contacted from our home for more than a month. We complained several times to the Customer care section of this company (Ref no. 3041601966 dated 16/04/2013) but received only promises with NO feedback.

We reported this to Hello Peter but up to now we have not heard anything from mr Tshepo, the person to whom this problem was referred. This is not only a problem encountered by us. Every person in this area is struggling with poor and fluctuating cell c signal. Before we changed to Cell C we tested the signal and found it to be good.

We are elderly people and our communication is of vital importance's to our well being and safety.

We are very disappointed in the way we are being treated by Cell C.
