Still not resolved and no feedback after 11 days

Hi Cell C I was contacted after I posted a complaint about my internet speed and conectio and I was given reference number 3030702432 on the 7/03/2013 I still have not been contacted again or had my problem resolved, I gues my tablet will make a good doorstop as it does not look like its sorted or that anyone at Cell C is intrested in resolving the issue
