I have 2 cell c contracts under the following accounts 0846837294 and 0767234160. I logged an official complaint on 12/09 and received a ref number 3091203404. Received a call from a network staff member on 13/09 who confirmed she cannot assist my network problem and that I must wait? Regarding the refunding of the billing she could not assist and dropped the call. Last night I phoned again spoke to Keletso Masejane @ 18.27 from the durban call centre and was told to wait until the network upgrades are finished in my area. Would not supply me with a CEO contact person and was told to sent an email.
I have 2 sons at varsity and 1 in grade 11 that need the internet at night for assignments and projects as well as to down load the next days lessons and this is now non existant. I need somebody to confirm as to why 100m down the road in Swartkoppies Road there is signal but not in my area Homeria Crescent. This is very frustrating as a client as nobody at Cell c takes ownership of their problem
