My 3rd complaint about the same issue!!!

This is mind blowing! How do these big companies get away with it all the time? Here's how : 1) they make sure you can't get hold of the person that can make critical decisions (You always have to phone the customer care line and land up talking to someone who has no idea what they are doing, 2) This person then passes you on to a so called "Manager or team leader" who knows even less! 3) This team leader then promises you to get back to you but never does, 4) and the next day this process repeats itself over and over! I have actually tried this! it's a circle that goes round and round! THe people currently playing this game with me are: Zamahlobo Ntombela, Sadello, and A`shiq Mohamed Osman, Now 8ta is holding my number hostage, for the past couple of weeks, and I'm losing business because all my customers know that number! It's amazing that a company can get away this but they do! Now it's perfectly predictable what will happen next! 8ta will write an apology after this complaint, IT"S Actually a standard script they just copy and paste, and then, you will then get a call from lower management
