Ok so I pay my account on the 27th August via eft and yes by my own error used my old cell phone number. I have since the 27th, sent through 3 proofs payment that my accunt was paid, and I went to an MTN store in Fourways and they also sent it.

So can someone PLEASE tell me why it is still reflecting that my account is unpaid for last month???
