This story is too long to explain but ill cut it short, its been almost 3 months now since this started. I did a contract exchange at mtn, i am constantly being told i have an overdue account and my line suspended due to a mistake on mtns side, after complaining, talking to supervisors, trying to sort it out myself, it seems after i was told at mtn brooklyn its is now sorted i once again got a warning message today telling me i have money outstanding. MTN is wasting my time, my money and interfering with my day to day activities even if i have all the proof of payments and recording references. i want this sorted, or ill go to the newspapers and get my lawyers involved. i'm done talking nicely, done trying to be rational about this. i have all the names of people and supervisors i spoke to, all the reference numbers slips and bills. Their team is lazy incompetent and have been by subtracting the one account from the other. its their mess and i want an immediate response by today.
