I phoned your call center regarding a sms that I received about owing discovery money, I told my side of the story and then the lady said to me but you didn't pay it, after i repeatedly told her that I still have the proof of payment on my banking details. The last time I spoke to someone from this company they gave my the email address to send the proof of payment, today was the 3rd time, are they not suppose to contact discovery and say the payment was made, but no why would Shapiro do that, to much work. The agent told me that day, don't worry mam i will send it through to the relevant people and your account will be fixed.so I phoned again today, start telling my story, she gets rude, I am the client trying to defend myself, and she says to me calm down, but she couldn't even say Good day how may I assist you. it was just ya what do want. so I was already ticked off, then I was still busy telling her my side of the story and she threw the phone down in my ear. No wonder people don't want to pay their debt that they have already paid because you have to deal with rude people at a place that couldn't do their job in the first place.
