8ta delivers no service

Last year I took out an contract. At first everything was ok. After a few moths I could not phone any Telkom landline or 8ta numbers. When I tried to phone such a number I always got the message that there is no network available. However, every month money is deducted from my account, but there is no service. The funny part is when I phone to numbers on other networks I always get through! I went onto the 8ta website and sent them an email complaining about the problem. there was no reaction. Last week I phoned them and I was promised reaction in 72 hours. That did not happen! When I phoned this morning they still did not have an answer for me! This is unacceptable! They are quick to deduct the money from my account but they are not interested in the service they are supposed to deliver! I regard this as! If they can't deliver, I want all my money back and the contract cancelled!
