I keep getting sms' requesting payment on my tv license. Today i get a phone call from a very rude and incompetent call centre agent telling me "perhaps i didnt hear her properly"...!!! Are you kidding me?!?! This after i had advised her that i shall pay at the end of the month when i get paid. As a matter of course, I would now like a detailed statement sent to me explaining how you people come up with such an escalated amount and then i shall consider paying. And please dont send me your automated response of we are looking into your account. I am appalled at the lack of competence, professionalism and attitude of your call centre staff.
