Money deducted from my MTN account

I normally have a low cell phone account. Last month I saw my account was very high and investigated my Itemised billing. I could not find any information on the invoice that I was billed for. I phoned MTN who informed me that it was the company Integrat who took money from my account as I subscribed for a service? I never make use of the Internet from my cell phone because of all the SPAMS going on. I phoned Integrat and they informed me that I subscribed for Dragonfly? I am furious as I will never subscribe to any service through my cell phone. They gave me a number to call and try to reverse my money but the lady also informed me that I will not succeed as I had the service. There are so many complaints about this company from people, but nothing gets done to stop this. Integrat you are devious and underhanded, may you land in!!!
