Unsolicited subscription and deduction of airtime

At 20h53 on Friday 1 November 2013 my daughter gets a SMS saying: Your access code is #### enter this code on the web page to continue. You'l be subscribed to Dragonfly games service at R43.50 per week.

At 20h59 another SMS saying: Welcome; UR subscribed at R43.50 per week. 2 Stop SMS STOP to 39419 Help? 0110621402 [URL Removed]

After this 3 more emails came through with links to 3 SMSs with links to games.

When we checked R43.50 were gone from the airtime on the phone and this will be deducted weekly

Please note that my daughter did not access their site, nor clicked on any link not even after they sent these SMS. We called the number in sms and it says office hours are weekdays. We are also reluctant to send a STOP sms are per their opt out.

Help? How do we get a refund and stop the schedule weekly deductions of R43.50?
