5807394 - order number - no feedback!!! 4 days???

I recently purchased 2 accounting study guides and the estimated delivery date was 18/02/2013. Today is the 22nd and no change. After speaking to the customer care dept. I feel that I got nowhere. Apparently the Logistic dept. was notified and did not respond to the agents query within 24 hours. No calls can be made to them. I am totally shocked. my money was taken immediately. my books did not come on time. PATHETIC.
I have used kalahari for a very long time, but this is really the worst service i have ever received. I wonder if TakeAlot has these books???

I do not want the refund. I want the books... NOW
