Every time it rains I log a complaint with Telkom, I repeatedly push the point that the fault needs to be dealt with as soon as possible because the fault only occurs while there is water on the line. It has now rained and I hope with my all that it will be dealt with while the line still has moisture on it so that next time it rains I can actually have the services I pay for even through the most persistent rainfall. Every time it rains I either have no connection or a very intermittent connection with a lot of crackling on my phone line and a connection speed for my ADSL that is not even worth recording. These effects last up to about 48 hours after said rainfall, depending on the amount of rain. Please can someone be sent out as soon as possible, preferably within the next 12 hours.
