Vodacom charges me for THEIR OWN INCOMPETENCE

Last week Friday I bought R29 airtime because I wanted to a 100mb as I had an urgent matter to attend on the internet. Now the internet did not reflect and when I called the call centre I was told to wait an or so - I then asked if they can reverse the purchase as it would be too late by then and I was told that they cant reverse it. Now I don't understand why they cant reverse it as due to their systems issue the internet took to long to reflect and it was moot by the time it came through. I deserve a refund because due their timing I had to explore other avenues and I should not bear the brunt of their incompetence.
