Rude, crude and obnoxious

At 11h19 I received a call from an Alice from Cell C.

She started by asking my name and surname without introducing herself. I was hesitant to continue the phone call as she was obtuse and irate when I asked her her name and from where she was calling. Then without any warning, she put the phone down.
