Bad attitude, incompetency!!!

Nedbank's personal Loan call center started calling from cell phone numbers and when I questioned them on 1. The voice quality of the call 2.Why I should divulge personal information to someone on a cell phone number that I can't call back to, I received the worst customer care imaginable, and when I asked to talk to a line manager/supervisor they simply drop the call. In an age of and identity I don't think I'm out of line to question anybody asking for personal info calling from a cell phone??? Please respond to my complaint because next you will penalize me for YOUR incompetent call center staff
