Slow network

Did a port on friday decided to move to cell c cause vodacom is too expensive. Seemed like a good idea at the time but now im having second thoughts! My internet is really slow i have no 3g coverage im curently stuck on edge! I even purchased a 1gb internet bundle! whats the point of having a bundle if u got slow internet? I never had this prob with vodacom..tried to call the customer care they are experiencing problems with high volume calls! Plz pretty plz fix this prob.i own a galaxy s2 its a fast phone but now i feel like bb owner with slow bis :(
