Cannot get through to mtn insurance call centre

Hi

I need to be helped here, i want to put in the claim for my phone, and its been 2 days calling the mtn insurance and i cannot get through to any call centre agents. Each hour i try calling, nothing is happening.
i am even considering to cancel the insurance and contract phone and go to another service provider.
