I lost my phone and has it blocked to prevent people from using it. After I received the new phone from the insurance company I called the Cell C Customer Center for them to re-activate my phone and perform a SIM-SWOP since they gave me a new SIM, I have been waiting since Monday to get them to resolve my issue, but each time I call they will tell me they have processed it and I am still waiting
