Vodacom
Operator (s) not answering

I have a contract which I want to cancel, so I called Vodacom Cancellations (082 1958) to cancel my contract. I tried yesterday (11-09-2013) to call them at 16:00 and again at 16:45, but no operator is answering after 10 minutes. I tried calling this morning (8:30 and 9:00) again waiting 10 minutes and nobody answering.
This is very poor service from Vodacom, is there even operators available at this service? I cannot believe that the whole of South Africa is calling cancellations?
