CANCELLATION DEPARTMENT NEVER ANSWERING CALLS

I have been trying now for the past 3 weeks to get through to the cancellations department to cancel my contract

but all the number just does not work.

The customer care agents cant even transfer me, I have left numerous of messages on their website to get back to me, but what can you expect. as soon as they want new business they are all guns blazing, but maintenance and after that, you are just another number. I will never again open another vodacom contract, ever!
