Making payment - $@# Ridiculous

HI, my phone has been blocked, now when I want to make an internet payment to Vodacom for this, i'm not able to get the OTP pin. I phoned in and kindly asked them to please just unlock my phone for just a moment so that I can make an immediate payment to them. And they refused to unlock it, now causing me to have to go into the bank, or vodashop en make a payment there.

this is @#$% ridiculous, what I have to go through to make a payment, what's wrong with you.
