I do not even want to say much regarding the problem I am experiencing! BUT I tried to take immediate action to correct in order to correct the error, BUT need I say I called in three times this morning trying to talk to a consultant however NO ANSWER, WHICH MEANS NO HELP, WHICH MEANS NO ASSISTANCE!!! It is terrible having to call any call centre for help? which they are supposed to do then you have to WAIT on the line for 15min-20min, listening to bad tunes and irratating voice prompts! Seriously I do not think I have ever waited this long to get through to a consultant for any other reason...
