I refered a client to motomia as I have been extremely happy with the service I have received so far and the fact that Johan is always friendily and helpful. Gift Dlamini has shown away a client by firstly not dealing with the client properly. (I sit opposite the client at work & heard everything what happened over the phone) 2 not even trying to accommodate the person by taking down the details, just saying we busy & can't help. Seriously is this how you deal with clients. When I called to ask to speak to Johan all he said was ok I will get him to call you & wanted to put the phone down. How stupid can one one be by not even finding out who I am or what the number is or if he can even assist?

THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS BRANCH AT ALL!!!

How do you expect me to refer people if you have answering the phone & dealing with clients? This is NOT on. When I told Gift to get Johan to phone me back as this is not on the will still be arrogant & ask me is this a threat? Who the does Gift think he is. He will be the cause of Motomia Rosebank losing clients. Manage people properly & don't let answer the phone...
